I cant find one anywhere, even on the Atlassian tailored demo area, it has HR /IT and general but nothing for Facilities .
Anyone know where one may live?

As far as I know there's no hosted Facilities demo, and the tailored demo only covers the ones you saw. The quickest way to see it is to spin up a test space from the template yourself. From the sidebar, select the + next to Spaces, pick the Service management category, choose Facilities service management and select Use template (steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-service-project/).
It comes with the request types, forms, portal and queues already set up, so you can raise a few test requests and click around, then delete the space when you're done. If you'd rather not touch your live site, a free Jira Service Management site works fine for this.

This is a META-INF demonstration, rather than an official Atlassian demo. I haven’t tested the demo logins or confirmed whether its configuration matches the current Facilities template, but the walkthrough specifically covers the use case you’re looking for.
Thank you- I Suspected i was gong to have to install it to see it- slighly fustrating. Atlassian are someway behind the curve when it comes to ESM, this is a prime example of where they are focused on new flashy stuff and not the core
