I am not able to create an account with f9infotech.atlassian.net. I need to know who has used this account
@Melvin John, Hello, welcome to community. When it comes to subdomain being taken and not useable you will need a support ticket to try and clear it up. Do you owe that f9infortech domain? I know there are times there are issue with a claimed domain and or subdomain it can be a hassle for all parties. I recommend trying another flavor of the same subdomain and or put in a support ticket. Hope all is well and this advice helps you, A A Ron
How do I create a support ticket? I am not able to find an option for it. Could you please share the URL if possible?
Hi @Melvin John
Just to add to what A A Ron mentioned 😄, Cloud site URLs (*.atlassian.net) must be unique, so it's possible that someone has already registered the name you're trying to use.
*.atlassian.net
If you already have an Atlassian organization associated with your company, there's one thing worth checking:
This feature requires Guard Standard and can help identify sites created by your organization's managed accounts, including information about administrators and activity. Docs can be found here: Control your shadow IT footprint 📚
However, this won't necessarily identify the site you're looking for, particularly if it was created by someone outside your organization.
As for contacting Atlassian, you can try:
If you're having trouble submitting a request through the latter, I've also prepared a step-by-step guide.
Keep in mind that Atlassian may not be able to disclose another site's administrator details due to privacy and security restrictions, nor can I guarantee that the URL can be reassigned. 👈
If you don't have access to the existing site, using a slightly different site URL may ultimately be the simplest option.
