Confluence cloud space migration not showing any available spaces to migrate

When trying to do a test run of a single space from our confluence data center instance to a cloud instance, no spaces show as being available to migrate from our data center instance after in our cloud instance going to setup > selecting source > selecting method (Migrate spaces and Marketplace Apps) > Select spaces to migrate. It just looks like the below screenshot.

Our datacenter instance is version 10.2.19 and our Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant is version 3.14.3

Hi @Dean

Please check these two things:
- Open CCMA directly in Data Center and see if your spaces appear when you create a migration.
- Check the source connection in Atlassian Administration. An outdated server connection may remain after a server ID change. If you see duplicate sources, select the latest one.

Also, please make sure you have both the Data Center System Administrator and Cloud Organization Administrator roles. When you create the migration directly through CCMA, do the spaces still appear?
