I am a Teaching Fellow in Applied Project Management in the UK. I am currently designing two upcoming university modules within the domain of digital project management. I am looking to introduce my students to industry-standard toolsets rather than teaching frameworks in a vacuum, so would like to use Jira Cloud for student coursework, classroom instruction, and sandbox learning activities (not for internal university administration). Because student enrollment fluctuates every semester, managing seats on the standard tiers or inviting students as external guests is not administratively sustainable. Could the community or Atlassian staff please clarify:
- Is there a formal pathway to have access to features for academic/teaching purposes?
- What is the best way to structure student onboarding so a large cohort can create their own sandbox environments without hitches?
