Could we have a review of Kudos history following the migration to the new Forums platform?
I know Kudos points and levels were supposed to carry over, but some rewards, completed challenges and achievements seem to be missing or not counted correctly.
My concern is that members might not even notice what they've lost, especially when they have years of activity behind them.
Could the Community team:
- Compare historical Kudos records with the current balances and achievements.
- Identify and restore any missing points, badges or completed challenges.
- Provide a way for members to check their history and report discrepancies.
I appreciate the work that went into the migration, but I think this deserves a closer look.
Kudos are more than just points. They represent time, effort and contributions people made over the years. It would be a shame to lose some of that recognition simply because we moved platforms.
