Hi everyone 👋
Some service requests contain information that not everyone should see or change. We’re exploring field-level security in Jira Service Management, starting with Forms, and we’d love to learn how your team handles this today.
Our initial focus is letting space admins control access to individual Forms fields: protected, view-only or full edit. (Jira-linked and Assets fields are outside this initial scope.)
What’s involved
A 45-minute research call about your team’s experience with Field Level Security in JSM.
What we’d love to learn
- How your team handles sensitive information in JSM today
- What workarounds you use, such as separate requests, forms or external tools
- What challenges those workarounds create
- Which fields or workflows you’d protect first, and whether starting with Forms would help
Who we'd love to hear from
- JSM admins and space admins
- Service management owners and service desk managers
- Anyone who works closely with sensitive request data
