Bitbucket: Unable to create comment

In Bitbucket, I am when trying to add a comment on a PR, repeatedly getting

Unable to create comment

Something went wrong. We were unable to create the comment.

I have restarted my 2 different PCs and all internet equipment and tried incognito as well as clearing cache...

I am not having other Internet issues. Can anyone else confirm they are getting the same problem or not?

If not, I am open to suggestions to troubleshoot or fix other than what I have already done.

I did not see that one. I see 190 comments now

All are resolved, exempt 10 that are outdated.

I am in opposite shifts basically with the PR produced and am trying to move forward. Is it possible to reset the comment count on the PR at least for resolved comments or is my best bet to stop work and suggest they do a new PR? (For now, I am tracking comments offline to share…)

My answer was bull… because I was answering on another post. Sorry
Bitbucket Cloud has a limit of 200 comments per PR, including resolved and outdated comments. Resolving them doesn't reset the count.
There's already a feature request to increase this limit:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-23474

You mentioned 190 comments. Does commenting work on other PRs? If this PR has fewer than 200 comments, Atlassian Support should investigate.

Other PRs with less comments work, so I am going with the limit on comments.
