Unknown token

Question

Hi, I installed Zephyr (Standard trial) on my Jira Cloud site sondosalgyed-qa.atlassian.net and created an API access token from Personal settings → Apps → Zephyr API Access Tokens. Every request to https://api.zephyrscale.smartbear.com/v2/projects with Authorization: Bearer returns 401 {"error": "Unknown token"}. I tried two freshly created tokens, the US and EU endpoints, and waited two days. The token's payload says it was issued by com.kanoah.test-manager for my site, valid until 2027. Could you check what's wrong?

Just to add to what Arek mentioned, we have a client using Zephyr, so I could potentially test this out if needed. I haven't played with it that much, though, so I'm definitely not a Zephyr expert. 👀

Since this is a Marketplace app, I'd also recommend reaching out to SmartBear directly through Zephyr Support. They should be able to investigate this further (and are usually relatively helpful).

You’ve already tried two fresh tokens, both regional endpoints and waited two days. The next step is to contact SmartBear’s Zephyr support so they can investigate why the API rejects your tokens.

Include the endpoint, exact error, request timestamps and a sanitized request example. Keep the token itself out of the report.

We can help review the request here, but we cannot check your Zephyr installation or token registration from the Community.
