I'm trying to connect an existing confluence space I created to Jira Service Management as a knowledge base on the free plan, I'm a global admin and admin for both services and both services are under the same domain. Whenever I click on "link a space" it will take me to a screen that says "Product already linked" and no matter if I close the window or click "go to confluence" there doesn't seem to be any way to actually link the spaces. I've included images of the two screens.
I also can't update any confluence access permissions in the free plan and I don't know if that's necessary for this process or to link the knowledge base in general.
