I need a third site for testing purposes

Hi!

I raised a ticket to Atlassian but it's been a week and they didn't answer!

We currently have premium licences for various products, and we already have two sites, prod and sandbox, and we need another one for testing.

Does anybody know if I have to pay an extra fee, or upgrade the licences to enterprise to request this additional site?

On a premium subscription you have one sandbox. If you need more ones, you will need to get an Enterprise license, this will at an extra cost and annual fee.

Enterpise subscriptions also require minmum license tiers to be eligable.

You sanbox should be for testing or you could create a new free instance on a separate domain.

You can't get extra sites on a Premium license.
