Hi Jira Community! I’m Ami from the Atlassian Research team! 👋

We’re conducting research with people who triage incoming work and backlogs in Jira. We’d love to hear about your experience!

What’s involved:

• Format: A 60-minute, 1-on-1 remote interview conducted via Zoom.
• What you’ll do: (1) Discuss how you & your team triage work in Jira and (2) walk through a few tasks in a test environment to get your feedback on new features. 
• What you’ll need: A desktop computer with a working webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection. You’ll be asked to share your screen during the 2nd half of the session. 

What you’ll receive: 

• As a thank you, you’ll receive a $100 USD e-gift card within 5 days of completing your session. If you can’t accept an e-gift card, we can arrange a charity e-gift card instead.

Are you referring to prioritisation of work or triage of incidents?
Is this referring to requirements/discovery processes?

Triaging things is the process to decide what lives and what dies, but I understand that some parts of the world use this term differently as a different way to describe a prioritisation process, so what is why I am asking.

Since the system of work positions JPD as the "triage" tool for ideas and requirements, I am assuming this is to prioritise or groom existing work that has been decided through JPD?

I'll happily provide feedback, but the level depends on the definition of the process, or processes you want to get feedback on.
