Not able to raise a support ticket in confluence

We have a premium tier Confluence account, which provides an option to raise support ticket with Atlassian.

Previously we had raised ticket. But now we are facing issue in validating the domain URL. On the new support ticket page getting error that the domain is not available- tried with both of these site URL - https://<domain>.atlassian.net and <domain>.atlassian.net
but nothing is working.

I understand this issue must be frustrating for you. I managed to create a support ticket on your behalf - PCS-3873052. The system recognized the URL of your Confluence Premium instance and it allowed me to proceed with the ticket creation.

In addition to the trouble you had raising the ticket yourself, please leave a comment in the new PCS ticket explaining what the actual technical issue is so the team can investigate further.

Since you're on Confluence Premium and have previously raised support tickets, I'd say this is a bit strange. 👀

Could you double-check that you're signed in with an account that has Confluence admin permissions and that your site appears under Atlassian Administration?

Alternatively, you could reach out through Atlassian Pricing, Billing & Licensing Support and explain that the technical support portal isn't recognizing your Cloud URL. I've also put together a step-by-step guide for that channel. (select Other as the main category)

I've encountered a similar situation before (I can't find the exact link now), where the Forum support team stepped in and created a support ticket.

I'll ping the Forum support team to see if they can take a look here as well. 🛎️

Are you an admin in the instance you want to raise an issue on?

You need to be at least Confluence or Higher level admin on the instance to raise a support issue.
