Support not accepting my companies URL so I cannot even open a ticket, WTF?

Question

There is no support email address. I cannot contact anyone. I tried to open a support ticket through the support portal - it does not recognize my companies atlassian address so I cannot even start a ticket.

This is absolute trash. I am recommending my company to discontinue all atlassian/Jira products. This has wasted an entire afternoon. Jira is not recognizing members which are on projects. I cannot do basic things like change ticket type. There are literally better free options. I can vibe code something better than this in an afternoon.

One thing worth clarifying: permissions in your company's Jira instance are managed by your company's Jira/Atlassian administrators, usually your internal IT team.

Neither we as Community members nor Atlassian Support can simply grant you access or change your company's permissions.

Your internal IT administrators are the right starting point. They can check your permissions and, if needed, help you access Atlassian Support.

Are you using a paid or free subscription of the Jira application?

If you are using a Free subscription that does not include the ability to open a technical support ticket directly with Atlassian. The support option for Free subscriptions is to work with the members of this community and leverage other free information available on the internet and from Atlassian documentation.

If you are using a paid subscription are you the Organization Administrator or a Jira App Administrator? The ability to open technical support tickets with Atlassian for paid subscriptions is limited to people who are identified with specific administrator roles. Unfortunately in that scenario rather than getting a message that you are not a known administrator you get a message that your URL is not known. If you are not one of the local administrators you should contact those people first. They are the first line of support for the subscriptions users. If the local administrators can't solve the issue they can open a technical support ticket to get assistance from Atlassian.

I realize that none of that helps solve you issue. We here in the community are happy to help you try to solve your issue if you can provide some more information about exactly what is happening. What screens are being accessed? What do you expect to see? What actions are you taking? What unexpected results are you getting?
