I have two ranks, what am I doing wrong?

Hi community, I'm having an issue that I hope you can help me with.

My personal Atlassian account is linked to my work account. I see the same badges on both, as it should be, but they have different ranks (one is Collaborator and the other is Insider). When I checked my Analytics, I noticed that they are different.

Did I do something wrong?

How can I solve this?

You didn't do anything wrong here 🙂 What you are seeing is completely normal and expected behavior for linked accounts on the Atlassian Community. Since you have 2 accounts, even they are connected they have their own ranks and activities but only the badges are synced for both the profiles.

If you want all your past points, accepted solutions, and post history fully merged into a single account then you can email the Community team at community-help@atlassian.com and request them to merge the accounts.
