I have two ConfiForm forms in a Confluence page, FormA and FormB. FormB has two fields, f1 and f2. The f1 field serves as a recalculation flag. Once its value is changed, I want the f2 field to be recalculated. To simplify the issue, I just want to set the f2 value to a fix number. My current configurations are shown below:
IFTTT macro in FormA:
- Event: onModified
- Action: Update ConfiForms entries by filter
- Condition: <leave it empty>
- Parameters to set: id=[]&f1=1
- Reference to form: FormB:
IFTTT macro in FormB:
- Event: onModified
- Action: Update ConfiForms entries by filter
- Condition: <leave it empty>
- Parameters to set: f2=100
- Reference to form: <leave it empty>
When I updated the FormA, I could see the IFTTT macro in FormA was activated correctly. The value of f1 of all records in FormB was changed from default 0 to 1. However, the f2 value remain the same as its default value.
Initially, I suspected that the IFTTT macro in FormB was never triggered by the changes in f1. I reconfigured the IFTTT macro to send out email. When I updated the FormA, I did received the email, indicating that the IFTTT macro was actually triggered. So what I configured it wrong that f2 value didn't get set?
