I would like to reactivate the free Jira account "deactivated due to inactivity"
Hi @KaMo
You can first try reactivating it yourself:
https://admin.atlassian.com/billing β Subscriptions β Inactive β Reactivate.
If that option isn't available or doesn't work, contact Atlassian Billing Support:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
Select Your Account β Reactivate subscription. On Free plans, you may need to click Need more help? multiple times to submit a request. Act quickly, as data retention after deactivation is limited.
Best,

Hi @KaMo, If your Free Jira site was deactivated for inactivity, you have 15 days to reactivate it. After that, the data is permanently deleted.
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and open Subscriptions > Inactive.
Find Jira, select Reactivate, then Continue > Confirm.
You can also go to admin.atlassian.com > Apps > Atlassian apps > Jira > Add to an existing site. This puts you back on the Free plan if you're within the Free user limit.
Don't see an Inactive tab? Your account may still be on the original billing experience. In that case, contact Atlassian Support within two weeks of deactivation to get the site restored.
Steps: Reactivate a subscription | Atlassian Support Thanks!!
@KaMo -
I agreed with @Arkadiusz Wroblewski suggestion. The key note is that you need to act upon ASAP without losing your existing data content and setup for your site.
Hope this also helps.
Best, Joseph
