Hi Community!
We’re excited to announce a new, modern help center for Jira Service Management, that gives you more control on how your service experience looks and works, with help centers that are visually rich, on-brand and curated for the people who use them. We’ll be rolling this out to all customers over the coming weeks.
What's new
Visual editor: A rich library of components you can drop onto the canvas, and configure their content and appearance.
Branding controls: Set primary and secondary colors to build a palette that matches your brand, adjust corner radius and spacing, and choose fonts from our library.
Multiple page types: Build your help center from portal pages, topic pages, and custom pages for Premium and Enterprise customers, and organize them into folders for easier navigation.
Unified content: Bring knowledge articles, request forms, and external links from multiple spaces into a single component, so people find what they need faster.
Draft mode: Save your edits, preview the experience, and publish everything together when you’re ready.
Rovo in search and chat: Help people find answers and raise requests across your connected portals.
What happens to current help centers?
Nothing changes for your current help centers. They will remain fully operational and editable. You can choose if and when to update an existing help center. When you’re ready, a conversion flow will:
- Convert a help center you select into the new experience.
- Host the converted help center on a temporary URL, so your current one stays operational.
- Let you keep editing the draft until you’re ready to publish.
- Publish when you’re ready, replacing the old help center on the original URL.
