Hi, I'm using a smart multi-select field in Form A where each possible selection is based off a field in Form X. I'm then using a copy Confiforms data IFTTT to flatten by this smart multi-select field into Form B. This means we now have one separate record for each of the selections in the multi-select within Form B. I am mapping this smart multi-select field in Form A to a smart drop-down in form B.
However, when I am now in Form B, it seems to have lost its connection to Form X. So I am unable to use another IFTTT to lookup into Form X through this smart field. I am assuming that something has happened in the copy and flatten process to sever this connection. Is there a way to fix it or have the selected smart option refresh its connection to Form X based on text?
• Each option in the field used for the smart drop-down has a unique name.
• If I create a single record directly into Form B, everything is fine and you can pull data from Form X through the smart field.
Thanks.
