More accurate tags!

Hi!

It would be great to give authors flexibility to add relevant tags to their posts. Also unlist outdated or no longer useful tags have the chance to add more tags, and also to eliminate others.

I understand that allowing unrestricted tag creation could lead to duplication and insonsistency. However this could be managed as it follows:

• Authors could propose new tags when publishing posts.
• Moderators or admins can review, approve, merge or reject them before those tags are publicly available.
• Approved tags can be added to a maintained list for future use.

This will preserve control of the tags while improving content discoverability, search relevance, post categorization, and product topics evolving.
