Dimiter Simov

Hi,

I received an email from noreply@po.atlassian.net:

"We've missed having you around

Hi Dimiter,

We haven't seen you use your Confluence app, on xxx.atlassian.net, for a while so we wanted to check in. If you do not start using your app, it will be deactivated on 2026-12-03. This will not affect other apps that you are actively using."

Why did I receive it? I think that I am using the Confluence app regularly. My last visit was two weeks ago.

Regards
Dimiter

Hi @Dimiter Simov, welcome to the Atlassian Community! 👋

If you're using Confluence regularly, you generally shouldn't receive inactivity warnings. However, make sure you're accessing the specific Confluence site mentioned in the email, as activity is tracked separately for each app/site. 👈

I'd recommend logging in to that Confluence site and opening creating a dummy page to ensure your activity is registered.

Also, Trudy published an excellent article explaining how inactivity, warning emails, and deactivation work for Free subscriptions:

https://community.atlassian.com/forums/discussion/3251237/atlassian-jira-jsm-confluence-free-tier-inactivity-data-deletion-timeline

If you've already accessed the correct site recently and continue receiving these warnings, I'd suggest contacting Atlassian Billing Support to have them investigate. 🎟️

Cheers,
Tobi
