Unable to Access Jira – connect.atlassian.net

Hi Jira Support Team,

I am unable to access Jira at connect.atlassian.net. When I try to open the site, I receive an “Access Denied” message.

I am using my personal Atlassian account. Could you please help me identify the issue and guide me on how to regain access?

this is the error "doesn't have access to Jira on connect.atlassian.net."

Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

That message means you're signed in fine, but your account hasn't been given access to Jira on connect.atlassian.net. Only that site's admins can fix it. We're all users here on the Community, so nobody on the forum can grant access to someone else's site.

Ask the site admin, or whoever invited you, to give your account a Jira role. Admins do it in Atlassian Administration under Directory > Users > Grant access: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-access-to-products/

One quick check: were you invited with a work email rather than your personal one? If so, log out and sign in with that account instead.
