Entire documentation of our startup project disappeared

We carefully created a documentaiton for our startup project. I often get lost in JIRA redirection loops but this one is bookmared. When I click on the bookmark I get redirected to not found. Wanted me to create a new one. Does anyone know anythinb about disappearing team confluence? I did not get any notice or anything like that.

Well, I was wrong. It notified me in some weird way - your subscription will be deactivated. No urgency so we lost our doc… we'll move to some alternative due to bad startup culture values.

That's really frustrating, especially with your entire project documentation involved.

Unfortunately, Atlassian normally deletes inactive Free-plan data 15 days after deactivation, so recovery may no longer be possible.

One last thing worth checking: contact Atlassian Billing & Licensing under Your Account → Reactivate subscription.

They can confirm whether anything is still recoverable.
