Is JIRA site down which tracks JIRA bugs?
Hi @Ranjeet Kumar , jira.atlassian.com (Atlassian's public tracker for Jira bugs and suggestions) is loading fine for me right now, around 2 AM ET on Oct 19. Bug pages open too, and new reports are still being filed there tonight, for example https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-99868
If it still won't open for you, try a private window or another network. That rules out a browser cache or local network problem. For Atlassian's cloud products, the official status page is https://status.atlassian.com
If you meant your own company's Jira site, please share the exact error you see and whether the address ends in atlassian.net, and we can help from there.
yes, company's Jira site was down at that time, it is accessible now. Thanks @Josh!
