problem addin one specific user to bitbucket workspace

Question

I'm admin for the "euronovate" bitbucket workspace.

I'm having problems adding one specific user to our users directory.

The user is mattia.gollo@euronovate.com

I've tried may times to send the invitation to this email address but the user never recevied it.

The users already have an atlassian access since he is able to access jira and confluence.

This happens only for this specific user many other users receive the invitation without problems.

I've already checked the spam setting of the users but there is nothing blocking the mail reception

Just to add to Mihai's answer, have you checked Workspace settings → User directory to see whether the user already has some access?

Having Jira and Confluence access doesn't automatically mean they have Bitbucket workspace access. 😊

Federico, inviting him again often won't send while the first invite is still pending. Known, BCLOUD-24137, closed as not a bug: an undelivered invite has to be cancelled before a new one goes out.

Workspace settings > User groups. Every group you invited him to, expand Pending invitations, cancel his, then Add member again.

Still nothing? His Atlassian email preferences, Product Invitations has to be ticked. Your mail filter, allowlist 216.221.175.128/25 and 76.223.147.128/25. An old hard bounce can also park the address on Atlassian's suppression list. Cancel and re-add usually gets past that, if not only support can see and clear it.
