JQL No Longer Working

Hello, I have a JQL in two of my automations that I have not recently updated but is now not working correctly. The JQL was set to bold the summary and hyperlink the RCM key as shown below but is now spelling out the JQL in email notifications rather than setting it properly:

So this isn't JQL (Jira Query Language) - what your dealing with here is the format of your email - Rich Text vs Text vs HTML.

Depending on your format/layout you may need to check your Email action step and adjust configurations - which vary depending on your orgs setup.

If I had to guess - you should be using HTML based on what you're showing.

Last time I dealt with this - I asked Rovo chat to help out - there's too many variables/paths to take.

But hopefully this gives you a good first step.

Suggest testing in Sandbox and doing a trial and error run.

In my last email spree I used HTML and had HTML code embedded in the email body.
The clever part is I used "lookupissues" looping of a JQL result. Headers with a table in my case.

Yours is much simpler than that - should be a matter of checking how its setup to resolve.
