Urgent – Unable to access Jira and Confluence – PROPEACE

Hello Atlassian Support Team,

I am contacting you because I am currently unable to access my Atlassian workspace, including both Jira and Confluence, which we use to manage our software development project called PROPEACE.

Here are the details associated with our account:

* Project name: PROPEACE
* Expected Atlassian site : propeace.atlassian.net
* Email address associated with the account: dauvinpm@gmail.com
* Account owner: Pierre-Marie Dauvin

When I try to access our Atlassian workspace, the system does not recognize or cannot find the site URL.

This situation is particularly concerning because our Confluence workspace contains important technical documentation, project specifications, and development information, while Jira contains our project management data.

Could you please help me:

* Locate our Atlassian workspace using the email address provided above.
* Confirm the correct URL associated with our Jira and Confluence applications.
* Explain why our workspace is no longer accessible.
* Restore access to our existing Jira and Confluence environment as soon as possible.
* Ensure that all our existing documentation, project history, and data are preserved without deletion or reset.

Hi @pierre-marie ,

A "Site not found" message usually means one of three things:

* Free Tier Inactivity: Free Cloud sites are automatically deactivated after 120 consecutive days of inactivity.
* Expired Trial / Billing: If a trial ended or payment lapsed, the site enters a suspension state.
* URL Mismatch: The URL might differ slightly from what was registered.

What you should do right now:

* Log in at Atlassian with dauvinpm@gmail.com to confirm the exact URL and verify whether your site is listed under your account.
* Check admin.atlassian.com/billing under Subscriptions > Inactive to see if a one-click Reactivate option is available.
* If it is not visible or cannot be reactivated directly, submit an urgent ticket to Atlassian Support at Atlassian Support under Billing & Account Management.

Deactivated sites are held in an offline retention grace period (typically 15–60 days) before permanent deletion. If your site is within this window, all Confluence pages, Jira issues, attachments, and history will be fully preserved upon restoration.

I agree with Matthew and Ismail that you'd need to contact Support on the links the provided. Out of curiosity, when is the last time you access your accounts? Did you receive any emails from Atlassian indicating that the sites were going to be deactivated due to inactivity?

Do you have any subscription listed here? If so, you may be able to manage/reactivate them:
