I don’t know who the Jira account administrator is in my organisation. How can I find out?

If you are not the admin, try and check whether contact administrator is setup in your jira cloud site. https://<your-domain>.atlassian.net/jira/contact-administrator

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The Organization Administrators for your Atlassian Cloud Organization can determine who has access to administer the Jira application. If you don't know who the Organization Administrators are here are a few paths you can try.
If your company is also unable to identify the Organization Administrators, then your company will need to contact Atlassian for assistance. That should be done through the following page.

They can select the option for Other and explain that your company is unable to determine who has Organization Admin access. Atlassian will require your company to provide proof of your ownership of the Organization.
It’s not working for me. The website is flagged as unsafe. I can’t do anything else.
No one in my company knows who was in charge of it. That person is certainly among the staff who no longer work here.
We’re on the free plan, so we don’t receive any documents… and even if we did, it’s not clear who they’d be addressed to. I thought the Jira administrator, as part of the service, would be able to give me the email address of the administrator for my custom domain in Jira. But it’s hard to find my way around here… otherwise I wouldn’t be posting on the forum.
Only Atlassian can assist you with identifying the current Organization Admin or helping you assign a new one. Here we are a community of users and we don't have access to your Organization so we can't directly help you.
