Hey, Rovo Community! ๐
We all know by now that AI can do some pretty incredible things, but finding where it fits naturally into your busy workday can be tough. Itโs easy to read tips and tricks, but building real, repeatable habits is where the magic happens.
Weโre excited to kick off Rovo Rituals, a weekly series designed to help you build practical, low-friction habits with Rovo in under 5 minutes a day.
Here's how it works:
- Each week, weโll share one bite-sized prompt to test in your real, day-to-day work.
- After reading the prompt, think about when youโd like to try the ritual, tweak the prompt to fit how you work, try it out, and see what happens!
- Then, drop into the comments to share your results, your prompt tweaks & alterations, and "prompt fails" (we love learning from what didnโt work, too!).
- ๐
Earn Badges & Kudos: Participate in the weekly threads to earn community kudos badges as you level up your AI skills throughout the series.

Now letโs start the fun!
๐ฎ Ritual #1: The Morning Prioritizer
- Theme: Personal Productivity & Daily Planning
- Level: Beginner
- Time to test this ritual: 2 minutes
The why:
Mornings often start with open tabs, unread Slack messages, and competing Jira issues. Instead of feeling overwhelmed deciding what to tackle first, let Rovo turn your raw task list into a realistic, sequenced action plan.
๐ The Prompt to copy & paste (and tweak to fit your work!)
"Here is my list of tasks, tickets, and meetings for today: [jot down your tasks, add your Jira tickets, meeting & action item notes, etc.]. Help me prioritize these into:
Top 3 Must-Dos (highest impact/urgency)
Quick Wins (under 15 minutes)
Nice-to-Haves (if time permits)
Factor in any dependencies and suggest a realistic sequence for my day."
๐ ๏ธ A couple of role-based variations
For Agile & Engineering folks (Jira/DevOps):
"Look at my assigned tickets for this sprint: [paste Jira issue keys or board link]. Group them by priority, highlight any blocked items or pull request reviews I owe others, and recommend my focus order for today."
For Cross-Functional & Business teams (Marketing/People/Ops):
"Here are my campaign deliverables and meeting notes for today: [paste notes/links]. Categorize them by stakeholder urgency, flag any missing dependencies, and draft a 3-step schedule for my morning."
๐ฌ How to participate
- Use a variation of the prompts above, run it in Rovo with your real tasks for a day, and see how it organizes your day.
- Reply below with your takeaways! Here are a few thought starters:
- What did Rovo prioritize that you were secretly putting off?
- What tweaks did you make to the prompt for your specific role?
- Before vs. After: Did the suggested order match how your day actually went?
Drop your thoughts below, and let's build some Rovo Rituals together! ๐
