I am unable to access videos in Jira essentials course. Please help
Hi @Parul Sahu Could you give a link of the video or page you're trying to access? Are you logged into your Atlassian account when you try to access them?

Okay it was the Get started quickly with Jira course, not Jira essentials. The video is displaying and playing correctly for me. It looks like it's probably a browser issue. Perhaps you have a cookie blocker? I would recommend trying all the classic browser debugging tasks: clear your cache, try in incognito, try another browser.
