Just to clarify, this is a peer-to-peer Community, not your company's internal IT support channel.
Since your access request was already approved, I recommend following up with your internal IT team or Confluence administrator. They can verify whether your account has been granted the required Confluence access and permissions.
Unfortunately, we cannot access or modify your company's user permissions from here.
