To which email address can I write to resolve an issue with users and profiles in JIRA?
Welcome @fabrizio.pazziani
This is done in User management part where you need to be an organization administrator. Someone in your company either needs to give you org admin or they need to do it by themselves. You can access this in two ways:
That is precisely the problem: certain actions were carried out by JIRA administrators, and since then, it has no longer been possible to manage user accounts. Roles need to be redefined, so I need a contact person for this task.
Hello @fabrizio.pazziani
Just to clarify, this is a peer-to-peer Atlassian Community, so we cannot access or change your organization's user accounts or permissions.
You'll need to address this internally with your IT department or Atlassian Organization Administrator, who can review and restore the appropriate roles through https://admin.atlassian.com.
In case your organization no longer has access to an Organization Administrator account, your IT team should contact Atlassian Support to initiate the recovery process.

Jira administrators cannot manage user accounts. This is only done by the organization admins. If this is done by them as well, they need to manage user accounts.
@fabrizio.pazziani β have you managed to sort this out?
Just a note: If nobody in your organization has the necessary admin permissions anymore, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support > select Other and fill out the details below. ποΈ
There's an official process for transferring organization administrator access when the existing administrator is unavailable. A billing admin or technical contact can help initiate this process.
It's usually recommended to add 'transfer Org admin' as an offboarding task for anyone who's administering Atlassian tools within your org π
