You’ve narrowed your resource plan to a specific team and project. Then you open a report to review it and have to rebuild the filters before you can compare anything.
Until now, Resource Planning, Team Planning, and Reports offered different filter sets. Some selections weren’t available across all views, making it harder to keep the same scope as you moved from planning to reporting.
This update closes those gaps.
Here’s what’s changing:
- Consistent filters across views. Keep planning and reporting focused on the same selection of work.
- Expanded filter options. Filter by project/space, Jira core and custom fields, and issue status across the updated views.
- Filter carryover based on navigation context. Relevant selections follow you between views, reducing repeated setup.
For resource managers and planners, this means less time checking filters and reconciling exports before making a decision. Whether you’re reviewing a project’s staffing or investigating a team’s workload, you can more easily compare the relevant planning and reporting data.
