Approver granted me access last week and able to access. But this week again its locked. Been requesting access by the approver has not receive it. Any idea who could i reach out for help?
It sounds like your access may have been granted at the space level, but there could be another permission or group membership controlling access. Since the approver is no longer receiving the access requests, I'd suggest reaching out to:
They can check whether your account is still in the required groups and whether any approval workflow or access policy is removing access after a period of time.
If you recently regained access and then lost it again a week later, I'd especially ask them to verify that your account wasn't added to a temporary group or role that requires periodic approval.

To find out who can help you, such as an admin or the space owner, try asking the person who originally shared the link with you or someone else on your team or in your company who uses the space. They’ll usually know who the space owner is. If your company has an IT service desk, you can also submit a ticket there; Confluence admins are often part of that team.

My answer may sound simple, but if you don't have access to something, the best course of action is to contact the content owner. They are usually the ones who can explain why.

@Warlito Austria Jacob Another possibility is that a recent restore, migration, or user synchronization changed user permissions or group memberships. If any user data was merged or overwritten during an administrative activity, it's possible your access was unintentionally affected. It may be worth asking your Confluence administrators to check whether any recent changes were made to user groups or access controls.
