Hello, The Package Tracker Power-Up is not displaying package status information on the front of Trello cards, even though the information is complete, current, and visible when opening the cards.
This issue affects all cards across all boards, not just specific cards.
I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, including checking browser settings, refreshing the browser, reviewing card cover settings, and disabling and re-enabling the Power-Up. None of these steps resolved the issue.
I also noticed a consistent pattern: when I move a card to a different list and then move it back to its original list, the Package Tracker information reappears on the front of the card. However, as soon as I switch to another board or refresh the browser, the information disappears again.
This suggests that the package information is being saved correctly, but the Package Tracker badge is not consistently loading or displaying on the card front when the board loads. Moving the card temporarily restores the display, but the issue returns after refreshing or switching boards.
Since this happens across all cards and boards, and the standard troubleshooting steps have not helped, the issue may involve how the Package Tracker Power-Up synchronizes or renders its information in Trello.
Requested Resolution:
Please investigate why the Package Tracker information is not consistently displayed on Trello card fronts after refreshing the browser or switching boards. The information should remain visible without requiring users to move cards between lists to make it reappear.
Please confirm whether this is a known issue involving Trello or the Package Tracker Power-Up and advise on a permanent solution.
