Disable or debug infinite scroll

Question

Infinite scroll is hard to control. It scrolls too far so that the next issue I need to examine has scrolled off the top of the screen. And it is impossible to scroll backward. Please fix.

I was also going to recommend other browsers. Also, if you're using Firefox, can you try Troubleshoot Mode via Menu → Help → Troubleshoot Mode?
