Unable to update "RAG comment"

I am un able to add value in "RAG comment" under RAG. When I am doing bulk update. Please help,

Hi @Nipun Kumar, Vodafone When you are unable to edit or add a value to RAG comment during a Jira Bulk Update (Bulk Edit), it is most likely caused by how Jira handles custom fields across multiple issues. You could follow the below workaround and see if it helps: * Filter specifically for the tickets you need: project = "" AND issuetype = "" AND statusCategory != Done * Click ••• —> Bulk change all issues. * Select the issues —> Choose Edit Issues —> Click Next. * Scroll to RAG/ RAG comment, check the box on the left, enter your comment, and proceed to Confirm. Are you the Administrator? If not, please contact them. Additionally, some fields do not support Bulk Update. We are here just Community members, so "RAG comment" will say us nothing.
