Access issues with multiple accounts.

Question

Hi,

I have created an organisation with an email that I don't have access to, anymore.

I was able to login as my new account had the same domain.

But the problem is that I can't delete a project, space, etc.

Getting this on same pages:

What's the correct way to get admin rights and wipe out all the old data so I can start a new project. Want to delete everything and start from scratch.

Hi @Jakub Mroz

Using the same email domain doesn't automatically grant admin permissions.

When another Organization Admin exists, they can grant you access. Otherwise, contact Atlassian Support

to request an admin role transfer after ownership verification.

Since you don't have the access to the old email on that organization, I am suggesting creating a new organization with the email you have access to.

Do some other people on your old organization have admin access, so they can make you an admin as well?
