Help Accessing My Loom Account

Hi everyone,

My work email address has changed, and I can no longer access my Loom account because I’m unable to receive the verification code sent to my old email address.

I really need to recover the videos I recorded with that account. Is there any way to regain access or update the email address associated with my account?

I suggest contacting your former IT team to see if access can be restored temporarily. (For example Add alias to Mailbox)

If your Loom account is managed through Atlassian, an Organization Admin may be able to update your email address.

Otherwise, contact Loom Support for recovery assistance.
