Question

Hi, good afternoon.

One of my colleagues from Legal has emailed our Atlassian Account Manager, Rhiannon Watson, requesting some information regarding DORA documentation, but we haven’t received any response.

Would you be able to help us with this or put us in touch with someone who can answer our questions?

Atlassian has a dedicated DORA compliance page that might already contain some of the documentation your Legal team needs:

It includes DORA Contractual Requirements and DORA Information Register resources, accessible through Atlassian's Trust Portal.

For specific contractual questions or documentation not available there, I'd recommend opening an Atlassian Support request and referencing your previous correspondence with your Account Manager.
