Request to restore a recently deleted Bitbucket Cloud repository

Hello Atlassian team,

I accidentally deleted a Bitbucket Cloud repository a few days ago. I am using the Free plan and would like to request restoration within the 7-day recovery window.

Repository name: mAi, crawler
Approximate deletion date: 07.10.2026

Could an Atlassian support engineer please help restore the repository's core contents?

Your reported deletion date of 7 October is within the recovery window, so this requires urgent attention. Atlassian’s documentation Support can help recover deleted core repository content within seven days, but metadata cannot be retrieved. Recovery still requires their assessment.
