First connection to confluence failed

Question

I have access to jira but not confluence.

I start to connect yesterday and i have this issue during connection:

"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.

If you continue to see this error, raise a support request."

Have you tried reaching the support team? They should be able to check it out.

Or check the system health to see what's going on?

Hey David,

I've seen this a couple of times but it usually resolves itself within a couple of minutes (potentially an hour). As you're on cloud, your Org admin could check Atlassian Administration (admin.atlassian.com) and System Health 🔋 for your site(s).

If you're on a paid plan, you can reach out to Atlassian Support to ask the official team to take a look at what's going on on the backend.
