Deleting account

I need help deleting my jira account and removing my credit card so I am not charged for something I do not use. I do not know how I ended up with 12 subscriptions, and I do not know how to remove them so I can delete the account because the site is a nightmare to use. Someone please help me! This is very very frustrating.

Here are the basic steps …

• Go to admin.atlassian.com and sign in with your account.
• If you have multiple sites/organizations, check each one.
• For each site: go to Billing -> Manage subscription.
• For every product listed, click the ... menu next to it and select Cancel subscription. Confirm when prompted. Then delete the account
• Once all subscriptions are cancelled and there are no active entitlements, go to id.atlassian.com - Account preferences -> Delete account.
