When you say there's an endless cycle, can you provide some more information about what you're seeing? Is this a personal/free site, or do you have an integration with an identity provider (e.g. Google, Microsoft Azure, Okta, etc)? If you're able to take a few screenshots, that would help diagnose your issue.
Hi Chris, this is for my work company. I am trying to use the Google SSO feature.
Your best bet would be to reach out to your internal IT support team or Jira organization admin, who can check your account settings behind the scenes. If this is using Google Workspace, I'm not familiar with how that particular sync process works, but your admin should be able to check those settings, if it's configured that way.
Do you know if anyone else in your organization is having problems logging in?
