Done issues missing from plans despite resolution set and exclusion extended

Stories moved to done aren't appearing in our plans view, we've set Resolution to "Done" on affected issues, extended exclusion rules to 600 days, cleared all filters, and set the date range to a full year, but the issues still don't show after a fresh reload. could you check and give fix for the same.

Setting Resolution = Done will not by itself make the stories reappear in a Jira Cloud Plan. Plans uses the Status Category Changed Date to determine when a work item became completed, so the first thing I would check is why Jira considers each missing story out of scope.

Go to Plan settings → Find your issue, enter the full key of one missing story, and run the search. Jira will tell you whether the item is outside the plan scope, was removed by a rule or manually, or is only hidden by the current view.

Since you already increased the completed-item exclusion to 600 days and cleared the visible filters, I would especially check the result for the work source, any individually removed items, and whether the story is genuinely in a status whose category is Done. Extending the exclusion period only changes how long completed work remains eligible; it does not re-add work that is outside the plan scope or was explicitly removed.
