Unable to access Bitbucket with free account.

Question

I can log into Atlassian with no issues, but when I try to go to Bitbucket I receive the following error. I have tried incognito mode and different browsers. This is most certainly an account issue, as I have not accessed this account for quite some time.

I understand that, and the support page was the first place I went. However, before I can submit a ticket it asks, "What is the site URL of your app within your organization?" I don't have one and am unable to answer that question, so it won't let me progress. I have seen other threads here of people having the same problem, creating the same kind of thread, and having their problem resolved. I was hoping for the same outcome.

there is a policy so that after deactivation an istance is deleted. BTW, this is a community and you need to raise a ticket to Atlassian support team here

As indicated in my original message I have already done all of this. The link you sent me says, "If the above steps do not resolve the problem - your account has likely been deactivated due to a long period of inactivity. To resolve this, you will need to raise a support ticket or raise a community support ticket for further assistance." which is exactly why I created this issue.
