TimePlanner Worklogs not submitting and throwing an error

Question

Is anyone else experiencing issues with submitting worklogs via TimePlanner? Some tasks work fine, but others refuse to submit and give me an error reading "Something went wrong. Please provide this error ID: [string of letters and numbers] to support."

I can't seem to identify a link between the tasks that get this error.

Has this been resolved in the meantime? I'm not using TimePlanner, so I cannot say, but you/your Jira admin could reach out to vendor directly by using one of the support channels listed on their Marketplace listing. 🎟️

The vendor will probably be able to check things out on their end and provide more insights. 👀
