Can't make it to Amsterdam this year, so the forums will have to do for me! 😆

Where I'd keep a person in the loop is anything involving judgment or impact on others, like prioritizing work, closing or reassigning tickets, approving changes, or communicating with stakeholders. AI can suggest, but someone should still make the final call.

So my take: let Rovo do the searching and drafting, and keep people doing the deciding. Curious to see how others are drawing that line, and looking forward to catching the keynote replay to see what's new!
