Ballon Apps

Hi @chandra mohan dasti ,

That looks like an old bookmark to a report from the Team Worklog Reports app (by Gebsun), judging by the dates in the link. Bookmarks like that often stop working after Jira or the app has changed, even when the report itself is still there.

A few things to check:

1. Is the app still installed? A Jira admin can see that under Settings → Apps → Manage apps.
2. Try opening the report from inside the EAST project instead of through the bookmark, and save the new link.
3. If it works for an admin but not for you, check whether you still have access to the EAST project.

If it still doesn't open, what do you see: an error message, a blank page or a login screen?
