Hello Atlassian Community,
I am one of the core developers of the Bitbucket workspace gzshifuchurchit.
This workspace contains an important project that we developed for our church. Due to work and personal commitments over the past few years, development was paused for a long time, and unfortunately we did not notice Atlassian’s notifications regarding the cleanup of inactive workspaces.
We recently had the time and resources to resume development, but we found that the workspace had been deactivated due to inactivity.
When we access the workspace, Bitbucket still shows the following message:
“Workspace deactivated. This workspace and its content have been deactivated due to inactivity. Contact your workspace admin to reactivate it and avoid permanent deletion.”
We tried to reactivate the workspace ourselves, but we are unable to do so because we no longer have access to the original workspace owner’s email account.
The original owner email was:
gzjdjsft@126.com
Since this workspace and its repositories are very important to our church project, we would greatly appreciate it if an Atlassian or Bitbucket support representative could help us manually restore the workspace or assist us in regaining access to the repositories.
We are happy to provide any additional information needed to verify our relationship with the workspace, including repository names, historical details, account information, commit history, or other evidence.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Jeremy
