Jokes aside, what Evgenii said would work and you can also send feedback via Help > Give feedback about Jira option. I believe they are now using Atlassian Feedback together with this feature/way of contact.
One more thing is to comment directly on announcement post (here in Forums) if you're looking to give feedback about a specific feature. The team who created the announcement often responds to comments there. 👈
